Automotive
From assembly line upgrades to new robotic systems — built for a process that can't afford to guess.
Automotive work covers more ground than most industries we serve — assembly line upgrades, welding and cutting systems, material handling, vision inspection, end-of-line testing, and robotic integration. Some of this is retrofit work on lines that need to catch up; some of it is new automation built from the ground up. Either way, the tolerance for error is low and the process needs to run.
Real Work in This Industry
Vision Inspection: We've built a vision system for inspecting gearing components.
End-of-Line Testing: EOL testing systems for valve components.
Robotic Welding: Robotic welding system integration.
Robotic Material Handling: Moving parts through the process using robotics and conveyor systems together.
Assembly Line Upgrades: Retrofitting and upgrading existing assembly lines.
Welding & Plasma Cutting Systems: Controls and integration for welding and plasma cutting equipment.
Whether It's an Upgrade or a New System
Automotive work doesn't fall into one category for us. Some projects are retrofits — bringing an aging assembly or welding line's controls up to date. Others are new automation, built for a process that doesn't have an existing system to work from. We approach both the same way: understand the process, then build the system it actually needs.
